1. This E-Gift Card is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of activation.
2. This E-Gift Card is redeemable only once for merchandise at participating Exclusive Levi's Stores only in India.
3. The E-Gift Card balance is redeemable for merchandise only, and will not be redeemed for cash.
4. This E-Gift Card is transferable.
5. For balance enquiry & expiry, SMS LEVIGC<16 digit cardnumber> to 9841646669.
6. This E-Gift Card will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
7. This E-Gift Card is property of Levi's to whom it must be returned upon request or if found. 
8. The jurisdiction for any legal dispute with regard to the E-Gift Card, shall be in Courts in Bangalore.
9. No returns and no refunds on gift cards.  
10. Multiple E-Gift Card can be clubbed.
