1. E Gift Voucher is valid for a period of 1 year from date of issue

2. E Gift voucher is redeemable for merchandise at Shoppers Stop, Shoppers Stop Airport Stores, Home Stop & Mother care* (*Operated by Shoppers Stop Limited) within India

3. E Gift voucher cannot be redeemed partially

4. Purchase of Mobiles, Mobile Phone Accessories, Cameras, mp3 players, laptops, 22K & 24K Gold Jewelry & Gold Coins of any Jewelry brand is not allowed through this E Gift Voucher

5. Denomination Available from RS.100/- to Rs 3000/- of any required value

6. E Gift Voucher is not redeemable for cash or credit nor can be exchanged for a gift voucher/Gift card

7. Redeemable on our website www.shoppersstop.com

8. Clubbing of EGV for Online Purchase is not valid

9. E Gift Voucher cannot be reloaded

10. Only a credit note shall be issued for part utilization of the E Gift Voucher

11. If the E Gift Voucher is lost or stolen, neither will a new E Gift Voucher will be issued nor will the money be reimbursed in any manner

12. Shoppers Stop Limited shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using this E Gift Voucher. The holder of this E Gift Voucher shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the E Gift Voucher and the credentials mentioned on it

13. No duplicate E Gift Voucher will be issued

14. E Gift Voucher is property of Shoppers Stop Limited to whom it should be returned on request

How & Where to Use

1. Please carry a print out of e-gift voucher to the outlet to redeem it.

2. Customer will carry the E GIFT Voucher in any of the below formats for redemption: Email or print out, Soft copy of the email on phone or a laptop. SMS in phone, Handwritten EGV number and PIN number.
